Human，as a Carbon-based information system, developed themselves and created a Silicon-based infromation system, in the past thousands of years. Use the artificial intelligence(AI) technology, human beings are trying to let the Silicon-based system to do more smart comunication with them, and work for them, even replace them to work.

    Because philosophy find out the thinking method, and the thinking method makes the ideology, by the means of reflection of the ideology human beings make their activities more correct and validity. So, our research is not the AI. AI works still based on the human logic witch comes from the human philosophy. Silicon machines need their own logic based on their own philosophy, called by us as Silicon-Based Philosophy. It is a philosophy algorithm, makes the Silicon-based System to have their Logic.This is the replenishment, even replacement for the logic of the human.

    From the study of the Data-electronization, Data-informatization, Cognitive-Logic，Data-logic, User Interchange-logic, Logic and Philosophy, we find out that, Data-electronization, Data-Logic Unitization and User Interchange Logicalization are the base of the informatization. By definition, only by the human itelligence can not ealize the informatization. Even the information is caused by and cognitived by the human beings themselves.

    All the information is the past. Use the past infromation to predict future is impossible. But if only Silicon intelligence can find out a new logic, than maybe they can do what human can not, to cognitive, analysis and predict.
